Irresposiveness of customer care

I have returned my Nokia battery purchased from Infibeam due to some damage (return ID : 8986) on 8-Jan-13. I have been told that I will receive the replacement as soon as this return shipment is received by them. Despite multiple followups they are not yet confirming that when this will be shipped by them...


Every time I sent mail to them, they ask for more time...customer services of infibeam sucks..Its a very frustrating experience with Infibeam and not recommended to anyone...
