I had purchase new micromax a88 black and they given me defective piece. Mobile have camera problem and next day i had return mobile to infibeam. After 7 days they told me my mobile shield was broken and shield was broken by they transport partner aramax courier company. This also biggest cheater company.
Infibeam accept broker shield problem by they own fault. After next 7 days received me same defective mobile and I called again and they taken back again. Spend other 7 to 10 days . Completed 1 month still not solving problem and i haven’t take any type of mobile.
Company customer support center person not response me proper company higher person karan shah also not responding me. His email id karan.shah@infibeam.net Now don’t know when I will receive my mobile. They always told me the vendor [micromax] not responding so your product will dispatch late but when they never told me.
So be careful of this company and don’t buy any product from this company.
