Ordered Panasonic LCD TV from them,
TV was delivered in 8 Days, 1 Day more than the timelines,
However got it the cheapest online, saved 3k compared to retail stores
Packing was good,
Octroi of Rs 388 was charged, how ever their customer care was supportive and assured me
i would be refunded the octroi in infibeam wallet, provided I mailed them scanned copies of the receipts, which I did.
Over all I would give a 4 on 5 rating to them, I would suggest them to refund octroi in bank/Credit card account directly.
I didn’t expect much after reading the reviews down here, how ever I had a satisfying experience.
