I have ordered a book on 28/07/2013. Order #11340625. They have never updated the status of the order till today (10/08/2013). They never replied to my mails asking for the status past few days.
After calling to their customer service, one name Mr. Raja told me that the stock is not available. But the system still shows that product is ’In Stock’.
When asked about this, they doesn’t seems to be bothered about customer worries. Really a worst experience with them. Please try to avoid these guys. I am waiting for the refund, let me see.
