Order ID: 10496419 & ID:19462231 (Nikon Coolpix camera).... order date 31 March 2013 no delivery till 30 April 2013.
I am really fed up with the service of Infibeam -
My order has not been delivered even after 30 days.
If there are issues regarding service area/ courier issues, I have not been kept informed. Every-time I have to call on their non-Toll free number, spending my time , money and energy.
Every-time I am given some political answer and false promises but no solutions.
They each time promise that it will be delivered but fail. First time a courier agency Aramax associated with Infibeam failed to deliver the product stating that it is outside of their delivery area. But to my great surprise Infibeam once again shipped it through same agency (Aramax), which has again failed to deliver my order
Considering all these facts, I am sure that I will never again order from Infibeam and advise all my friends family and colleagues as well.
