I recently placed an order for a book (Order No.9748430) at infibeam.com . Got the book on time as promised by the site. Even got a call the very next day , as the issue I had requested was not available , so they posted a reprint.The packing was good. The same order I placed on flipkart ( OD21029182241) , could not be materialized even after 15 days. Every now n then they have a habit of cancelling the order due to technical reasons , that too without informing the customers OD21118171561.
So far the first experience on infibeam was good , I hope they too doesn’t get flipkart like after few orders.Only thing which desires to be improved is the time taken for delivery of consignment.
