Deliver defective products and do not repalce!

Infibeam sends a defective monitor the DELL LED -IN1930. As soon as I plug in the monitor, I see a green vertical line on the monitor, which will not go away. To my horror, after calling infibeam several times, there was no luck or reply on any replacement.


After sending a tweet, got a reply from customer service. But, the only option that they are giving me is to replace it with a refurbished monitor or a store credit. After paying Rs. 6000 to the thief company, I have to suffer with either a not so guaranteed good product, or buying again with them. Do yourself a favour, and do not order from them, it will only harass you.
