I came across all the bad reviews about Infibeam only after I had already placed an order with Infibeam, and I thought I had made a mistake. But my fears were baseless as my order arrived from Infibeam four days before the delivery date they gave me.
My order was to be delivered on the 12th of Dec, but arrived on the 9th itself in excellent condition. I choose cash on delivery, and after placing the order received a call to confirm the order within few hours.
Their website kept me updated - one of the best interfaces I have ever seen - and the order arrived way before its time in excellent condition, in Chandigarh. I guess everyone undergoes a different experience, but as far as I am concerned Infibeam’s service was nothing short of brilliance.
