I placed an order on 09 Feb 2015 for supply of one book and registration of one years subscription to a magazine. On 10th Feb I got a message that part order(book) had been shipped. A tracking number was also mentioned. Regarding the subscription part it was mentioned to be under process.
After waiting for five days I sent a mail and also contacted their so called customerCARE cell. I was given a ticket number and as usual form replies ofreverting back within 24 - 48 hours. After a couple of days I again called up to ascertain the status of my order but nothing concrete came my way in response.
Now, they have stopped responding to my mails. The consignment has never been trackable. All I can see is "Feb 10: your order has been shipped".
No trace even today. My requests seeking refund met with no response.
