Recently I started using online shopping. This is started as there no good shoes in the market with 9 size. When I like a shoe and ask for 9 size they say "not available in that size" So I started using online shopping. Initially I used Myntra.com ( mind you , I am not a Myntra agent ). Even they replaced back my sandals as the size is not a correct fit. Slowly I got confidence over online shopping.
On 28th of June 2012 I have placed and order in infibeam.com for LAVA mobile. I have received the product on 1st of July. The delivery was fast. On first day as I was busy with my office work I didnt have a look at the mobile.
The second day or third day when I was talking over phone I understood that there was some problem with Mic as people from the other side of the mobile are not able hear my voice correctly.
There was a small square shaped mark on top of the screen.( It is observed only when the mobile is off and screen is blank ).
Battery was draining out quickly.
So I raised a complaint with infibeam and sent back the mobile to them through their courier sevice. The next day Mr.Prathik from infibeam called me and said that they will be replacing the defected mobile with a NEW piece. That was my last laugh.
Since then there was no call form there side till one week. Later, when I called and asked about the status, interestingly I was told that I would be given the same piece after repairing it. THE SAME DEFECTED PIECE IS AGAIN GOING TO BE GIVEN TO ME. what this ???
After talking infibeam call center for two days they said that they are going to send me a new mobile itself on 19th of this july.
Again the next day on 20th July they said that the mobile piece whI I sent is having water drops in it and they cannot send a new piece because of this. Infibeam guys, for God sake please do not say these kind of rubbish stories. I know that from my side there was no such situation when the mobile got in contact with water.
Never Ever buy any product from online shopping especially electronic items ( dont get trapped seeing those discounts ).
