I have booked an order of my watch having order no 9094689 got it on 26 July strap broken can you imagine a wrist watch strapless so i ranged them and they told me they will pick the damaged one and reship it so i was convinced and adoring their loyalty towards customers but its now 4th July, I haven"t received my product after so many calls and mails. So guys do not ever buy from online specially from infibeam always buy from a physical store so you can check it from your own eyes.


They are so idiot in understanding Indian customers who buys online the person who does-not have much time to go physically and instead of saving time that person is loosing all his time in calling and mailing them one call is more than enough to fix the things


Last is you all have heard of flikpart both infibeam and flikpart are launched in 2007 got all the same things but you know why flikpart is ahead of them because of their good cs today customer is the king pin of the markets not you producers their founder needs to go to b-scholl again and read some management because they are being run by some villagers craps who does not even know what customer relationship is mouth publicity is beyond all any person to whom i tell this terrible thing thinks 100 times before buying from them


They think they are amazons of India by working in amazon does not means u could start another amazon copied all but forget customer relationship


Nowadays every person   wants to be e-commerce specialist but they forget


The only problem of online store is when u met up with damaged goods what you expect prompt exchange of goods as it is intangible dealing and once you make the payment u will stand up in a crowd like a fool calling and e-mailing them


Second one indian customers are very possessive about money dealing online as it requires risk


How many good service u had done is not important only one can be enough to make stains on your image
