I had ordered a Black and Decker Personal Care Hair Styler PX-12 worth Rs 2621.

The product I have received is defective.The crimper and the straightener set does not lock with the heating unit. I cannot use the product. I have repeatedly contacted infibeam.com for complaint. Every time they say someone will get back to me but nobody contacts back. I have written multiple emails to their customer care also, however no one has contacted.
I really wish I had never ordered it from infibeam.com it totally sucks. Just to save 200 rupees I have a product I cannot use at all.
