Bad customer support

I ordered Samsung galaxy grand 2 through infibeam and even after 2 days of the shipment day now when the delivery day came there is no news from infibeam regarding the status. I called the customer support 4 times for the last 4 days and each day I got same message that product would be shipped by today. Today I came to know that the product is not available even with them to ship. Totally waste of my time. One executive even told me you can cancel the order also without any hesitation. Worst experience!
