I was cheated!

I purchased a Samsung Wave phone from Infibeam in December 2011. The listed price shown was Rs 8800 and after 31% discount of Rs 2732(as shown on the website) payable Rs 6068. This was entirely misleading as the MRP on the phone packaging clearly showed the phone price as Rs 6590.

Therefore this equates to fraudualent advertising to the tune of Rs 2210.

After several emails and a few telephonic conversations in December Infibeam started ignoring me.

Then gave some shocking story about MSRP that they follow rather than the MRP.

As I explained to Infibeam’s representatives they needed to return the 2210(as shown on their website) that I did not get as a discount. The last emails I send Infibeam took 3 reminders and 31 days to get an answer!

Then I got ofered Rs 250 for the "inconvinience" caused. This though was never paid.

So I am still left with a Rs 2210 savings that never happened. Fraudulent!
