Please do not order any product from Infibeam. They know how to keep customer money longer time with them and earn good profits by means of interest / investing it for their internal use. I strongly suggest not to buy or order any items from Infibeam. Reaching customer care is one of the most difficult tasks, after that you get the same answer for any questions that allow us 24~48 hours.
Even after weeks waiting and calling back, you get the same response. I had very very bad experience by order oven and canceling order. They said, money has been sent to bank and check with bank customer care. not sure why bank’s customer care is part of the infibeam refund process. I Ordered on oct 23, and cancelled my order on Oct 31. still now(Nov 14) did not get my money back.
