Return (within 30 days) has taken above 4 months

According to their return policy, I called them to return a product within the 30-day return policy. That call was made in October 2012, and it is now February 2013, but they have not yet processed the pick-up as they promised. Every time I call or email, they promise to forward the request to the concerned department, but no one gets back to me within the promised time. According to their instructions, the product has been packed and ready for pick-up since October 2012, but Infibeam has not yet picked up the product as they promised.


[EDITED BY AUTHOR] I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card holder, and Infibeam sent them a letter saying that I was holding the product back. [DELETED BY AUTHOR]


UPDATE: Infibeam picked up the product on March 6, 2013. I will update this review and consider the corporate response closed when I receive my refund.


UPDATE: My credit card company issued a credit to my account. Thank you, Infibeam, or thank you, my credit card company? Either way, some of the things I said in this review were not fair criticism. Some of it was out of anger. So, I apologize, if any part was de-constructive. I am deleting any part of the review that did not have to do with the return.
