They should be sued for misleading the customers

They have this product called Karbonn Smart Tab 2 on their website. I purchased this and was absolutely dismayed at the product. That is a different story however.


So after a couple of months of trying to get something better of the tablet, I decided that I should go and write a review on their site. That’s when I realised my mistake. I went by the reviews mentioned on their site. And all of them were good reviews.


Then I went ahead and wrote my honest opinion about the product. And this post apparently never appeared on the site. I got a message saying, it will appear in sometime. But that never happened.


What they are doing here is they are deleting all the -ive reviews. This is a misleading tactic. Flipkart.com in fact has stopped selling this product.


When I called up the customer care and asked them why they deleted my comment, the fellow was rude enough to tell me to go and write on the karbonn website, since I had purchased a karbonn tab and not an infibeam tab. I asked him why you didn’t delete the rest of the posts. He gave some vague answer. I told him that this means you are misleading the customers.


To which he again replied, only you are correct and honest and all others are telling lies and we are telling lies.


Even today my review is not visible on the site.


Please please do not buy anything from this site.
