I have placed an order(No. 13721921) for 2 nos Nike sports bottle on 13th Oct 2014 without bothering to read the reviews about Infibeam(my bad luck!). It has been more than 15 days of follow up and still no news on the dispatch of these items.
It has been a really frustrating experience of not getting any response from anyone in Infibeam team. When I call up customer care and ask them to handover the phone to someone senior, they simply hang up. I am surprised to know how such companies survive in today’s world. If you love your time and money, better stay away from Infibeam. Please beware of these cheats.
