These guys are cheaters. I bought a new blackberry phone. It was a defective piece from the day I opened it. I called them right away. BTW, they were also delayed by 1 week in delivering it from the date they had promised.
Anyways, I told them that please replace it as it is defective. Not only did they not replace it but made me call them at least 15 times follow ups. At the end, I took it to local service dealer for blackberry and got my brand new phone "repaired" at my cost. The 30 day guarantee is a sham. Don’t trust them. And please do not buy from them.
