Timeline:
12th June 2013: Badly wanted to buy a tablet to read books.
13th June 2013: Searched junglee and found out Micromax Infinity P275 was a good product and Infibeam had a 5% discount. Thought thrice and ordered the tablet from Infibeam.(Had the COD option but I did not take it). Felt happy. Yay!
15thJune 2013: Went to infibeam and saw the product has not been shipped as per their tracking page. Got worried. Ask for status on Facebook and Twitter and I got no replies but they kept on updating their social networking pages. Felt bad!
18th June 2013: Today was supposed to be the delivery day. After a week called them up and asked what is the status of my order. The executive told me the product has not been ship as it was out of stock. Made a decision to cancel my order. Felt sad and angry.
19th June 2013: A week gone and I have no tablet as of now. Called twice and asked them whether they have cancelled my order or not. As usual NO. After some time, got a mail that they have cancelled my order and have initiated the refund and it will take approx 7 to 10 business days.
20th June 2013: Read reviews on Mouthshut.com . Gave a tight slap to myself for being stupid.
30th June 2013: Sent a mail asking for refund status. As of now I haven’t got any reply.
2nd July 2013: Called up and asked the status of refund. The executive says the refund is in progress, he doesn’t have my transaction details and will revert back. I am going mad by now.
5th July 2013: Called up and asked the same thing again+ complain why the executive didn’t revert back. The lady said a formal "sorry" and told me my transactional details and asked me to ask my bank for refund.
6th Jul 2013: Asked my bank branch about my refund, he says he can’t do anything and I have to talk to customer care of my bank. Called toll free number and they say they can’t do anything also.
9th July 2013: 4 days to a month. No product, no money as of now. Have lost time. Went and saw the same Micromax Tablet P275 in a retail shop which was Rs50 costlier than what Infibeam had listed. Smile and came back.

12th July 2013: Got my refund. Have learned a valuable lesson.
Note: Bought Micromax Infinity from a local store. Happy:)
