I ordered Sony Bravia KDL-43W950C TV on 14 Oct, 2015 by paying full amount up front by credit card.


My order expected shipping date by 17th Oct 2015, My order has not been dispatched and every time I call the customer care they tell me that it will be shipped with in 2 days but it never happens.


They didnt even let me know if the product will be shipped at all or if there is any problem with the availability of the same.


I have paid the amount full up front so I have a right to get the product on time. This is a clear irresponsibility from their part and it is in line with their reputation of not dispatching orders on time and making ridiculous delays.


They have complete apathy towards customers and are a big time SCAMS. They hold your money for long time and do not refund on time. Infibeam site is cheating to the customers dont believe any discounts from infibeam. I tried multiple times to helpdesk but I am helpless. I informed help desk also this is not fair. I am very disappointed and cancelled on 31st even though the cancellation was taken one week to reflect in our account. Dont trust and dont get frustration. Till now also the website not updated detailed cancellation status. I am requesting infibeam to maintain customer satisfaction otherwise no more growth.
