I ordered a gift from Infibeam but apart from the delivery no instructions was followed these even happened last time when I ordered the gift from them .My point is if the cannot give service to the Customers they shouldn’t claim of doing it.
These time I ordered a cake and some flowers from them and when I contacted the Customer care they were not able to give any proper reason to why it happened , they just bluntly said it wont happen again and would be taking care of it when I order next time but I am sure after two bad experience I won’t be ordering to them any time soon.
So if any one is ordering any gits from it make sure you talk to the customer care and ask if the specific service would be provided or not .
