Review of customer care of Infibeam.com

I purchased an item from Infibeam, com on 4 dec, 2013.


On 9 Dec, 2013, I get email alert that your item has been shipped.


on 11 Dec, 2013, tracking of shipment on infibeam websites shown that item has been delivered but actually no item was delivered.


On 11 Dec, 2013 night, I contacted infibeam customer care executive.he informed that your item has been delivered. Kindly contact your neighbor when confirmed that no item is delivered then he say that he require four days for confirmation about delivery of shipment.


12 Dec, 2013 onward I write so many email to infibeam customer care but none of the mail is replied.


on 15 Dec, 2013, again I contacted infibeam customer care executive.he informed that again he required four day for clarification


During this period (11 Dec, 2013 to 18 Dec, 2013) none of the customer care executive contacted me nor giving any resolution of my problem.


Worst services.


My experience with infibeam is horrible. So this is my humble request to all the viewers of mouthshut, please don’t purchase any item from infibeam because of very poor services, Better you go to trusted names like ebay, shopclues, snapdeal et.c
