Don't trust - No delivery after full payment!

Infibeam.com does not care about customer-needs. They want money in their account, but make no effort to protect the customer’s interests! My recommendation is to stay away. Hoping that I will get my INR10, 499.00 back that I paid for an order that never shipped(Order 13467845) on 10-Aug-14 for a a Micromax mobile phone. Order-confirmation mail showed ship by 12-Aug, Deliver by 15-Aug, two days ahead of the occasion(17-Aug) that I wanted to gift it on. On 16-Aug, got an email saying that the order was delayed, shipping by 19-Aug. 2 days after the date I needed!


I had a great shopping experience 1.5 yrs back, but things have changed since. Unhappily, I wrote back to Infibeam.com on 16-Aug asking for a 100% cash back as a compensation; this failure basically nullified the value of the gift. Got an acknowledgement of the complaint and nothing since.


It’s past 6 PM on 23-Aug as I write this, no delivery, no update, no response to my complaint. On a reminder, got a mail saying that they’ve sent my complaint to the right department, need more time! Their 24x7 phone service says it never shipped as it’s not been in stock! Not sure why they accepted the order. Even if they did, why couldn’t they send me a mail the very next day that it was out of stock. I could’ve still cancelled the order and purchased a different phone & gifted it timely! But then, who cares about what I need as a customer. Infibeam.com certainly doesn’t!
