Wrong stuff sent & later taken back but NO REFUND!

I ordered a book with Indibeam thinking that their website would be as efficient as flipkart. And they sent me the DVD version of the book. The order clearly says PAPERBACK. I have the email copy to prove it. And I have sent a letter asking them what I should do, but have got no response. When I call up the numbers given on the website - they say the number does not exist. (another number is a wrong number!?)  91-79-40260260, +91-79-67778777 (24X7 Customer Support)


LATEST DEVELOPMENT NOW: after writing above review on Mouthshut their team contacted me and took back the product. They have not refunded the cash payment that I had made. When I called them up after ten days they said they had given me Infibeam credits so I can buy another product. But no one told me about that, I said.


Moreover, I paid in cash and  was given the wrong product. I don’t want credits from the company. I want the cash back. NO RESPONSE. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT! They have done nothing about it. So, now I have paid cash for the wrong product and they have taken the product back but not given me the money.


Never again.
