This must be the 1st time ever when I am taking time to review for anything. I am so pissed with poor service standard of Infibeam.
Following are the set of issues faced when I recently bought few sweets/chocolates from their site for Rakhi.
Long wait before you can talk to customer care.
During purchase of a chocolate product, same amount worth voucher was promised as a deal. Its more than a week, and I am yet to receive anything. Its almost like they are doing everything let this fall through crack.
For every single issue raised, customer care would just say "Sorry for the inconvenience caused." And thats it. Does it remind you of BSNL/Indian Railway IVR?
For 2 sweet box (worth 1500+ Rs) shipment, I get confirmation email that it is getting shipped on 19th Aug. With 16th Aug as shipment dated. Puzzled? This is how they work. No one knows what they are saying. Nor anyone interested in taking responsibility to explain whats wrong.
Courier tracking number for the above sweet boxes, says that some thing is wrong. Contact customer care. And when I call up Infibeam customer care, they have no idea.
I dont care if they lose 2 boxes of sweet and if my money goes in drain. They are the biggest looser to have missed a good business opportunity to retain a customer.
All in all. Avoid shopping at Infibeam. They are pathetic!
