Ordered an iphone 6 from these guys on 16th Oct, 2014 and made the full payment of INR 53, 500 via my debit card. 5 days later I get a mail from them that the still haven’t processed my payment as they need an id proof since the payment was above 50K! WTF?
And their executives call between 9-9:30 AM- is that a time you call a customer with queries? Very bad customer care service- I called thrice and my que number was ranging between #15-#20!
It’s the 24th OCt and still the online tracker says that good is in transit from bangalore; status as on 21st Oct!Would never recommend infibeam! Regret placing an order with them
