Infibeam is a very good site and has got a very supportive customer care executives. One among the few ecommerce site having a Toll Free Helpline which’s 24*7. There are other good sites like Letsbuy.com, ebay.in, flipkart.com etc. But what I found most special in this site from others is its TOLL FREE support. And see guys am not telling simply, these cc guys were very supportive whenever I called to ask and enquire about my order. Even suppose if your Item is defective or if you have any other problems this toll free no would help you a lot. Its my personal experience. Bcoz while once I made a purchase in Letsbuy.com I happened to receive a defective product. That made me to waste most of my time as well as money(bcz no toll free support) by calling after their Letsbuy CC executive as they are open oly b/w 9 AM to 9PM
I ordered a Padmini CS 3GT Stove on 13/3/2012 under Deal of The Day for Rs.3249/- The product got shipped on 15/3/2012 and I received it at my Kozhikode office on 19/3/2012. So altogether it took only 6 days to deliver the product from the day of order which is pretty good.

But the Invoice was missing in the package. So I got in touch with their toll free no at 10 pm when I was free from all other work. In mins they sent me the duplicate invoice to my mail
I would recommend this site to all who are new to ecommerce. Also you can checkout other sites I mentioned above.
