Poor show by infibeam.com

I ordered a LED monitor (Benq GW2450HM) on infibeam.com which was priced at Rs 12, 353 on the 27th of August 2012 -Order ID: 9273885.

The shipping date as mentioned by infibeam.com was to be by 30 Aug 2012, but its already 31 Aug 2012 and they still haven’t shipped the product and there has been no communication regarding the delay. I sent emails to the Customer Care department to seek an update/explanation and they still haven’t responded. I’m seriously doubting infibeam.com’s credibility now. If this is the way things are before delivery then I’d hate to think what will be the case after delivery. I am seriously considering to cancel the order if I don’t get any response from them by the end of the day.
