One of my worst online experience so far. To be honest, I had seen the mouthshut reviews before the purchase but I saw some good reviews here and also in other forums. And the item I wanted was not in stock in another online shop, so I gave it a try, which I repent now. I knew it would be a make or break experience, and I got a raw deal. I ordered rechargeable batteries on Aug30th and the ship date was on 1st. Till now, the status is "shipping in progress". Its been a week and the communication is non existent. I sent an email to the customer support on 3rd and I got a auto response, and nothing else till now. Wonder how these guys do business. I will never shop with them again.

Got the item delivered. The item was well packed and the invoice looks professional. In-fact the item got shipped 4 hours after I posted here. Now, I know how to shop here. But seriously, if they gets their act together in customer communication and shipping stuff faster, it would have been a lot better experience. Did it change my opinion? Perhaps not. This is a highly competitive area and one may not get multiple chances to prove their mettle. Will I order with them again? If time is a luxury and if I get a deal of the century!
