Please donot buy any product from infibeam

I have placed order for ladies watch on 21st July 12, but till now I haven’t received the product from infibeam.


I think they are only focused about generating money and not worry about the product shipment and customer services. I tried their helpline number but their IVR system is telling some blah blah stories to me.below is my order details.
