Very poor customer service.
I ordered a Toshiba Portege Laptop on 30th Aug, the shipping date was mentioned as 3rd Sept, but not the delivery date. I assumed shipping date as delivery date being 5 days in between. Today is 4th Sept and product has not started from there. Called up their customer service twice, the lady (would not like to name her) kept me on hold for 7-8 minutes and never came back and then phone disconnected. I called up again, luckily same lady picked up and told me that she will check with shipping deptt.
It’s really pathetic. I ordered a mobile on saholic.com at around 10 pm in the night and next day it was delivered to their showroom near my office.
Pathetic Customer Service. Poor Poor Poor.
