Infibeam is nothing but a cheat of a website. They offer attractive prices much lower than other websites on some products. When you trawl the internet looking for products, this cheap rate attracts you, but be warned. This website simply does not deliver. I had once before placed a COD for a book that I hadn’t found on other websites. They took 10 - 15 days to deliver, and responded half heartedly to my repeated attempts to get the status of the delivery.
This time, I was silly enough to have forgotten all the travails of ordering on this website. I paid for the Microsoft Home and Office software by credit card. its been over three weeks, no one has gotten in touch with me about why such a major delay has occurred. I have mailed, called, all to no avail. I have finally cancelled the order, but I haven’t got any confirmation that it has been cancelled. Such websites really need to be hauled up in court for cheating.
