Infibeam is making fools to customers

I strongly suggest to not to buy anything from Infibeam because there saying/showing and doing is not same. They do not have business ethics.


My order story is as below:-


1- I booked one "Acer Gateway NE56R Laptop (NX.Y14SI.010) (Black)" Laptop on Infibeam portal after confirming the Product details and availability on 15-Jan-2013 vide order ID:10027246. Which is going to be delivered within 2-3 days of time?


2- Called customer care many time and every time – please wait and thanks.


3- On 19-Jan-2013 again customer care informed me that we are able to arrange one Laptop for you and will be shipping you on 23-Jan-2013 as shown on Website.


4- Now Infibeam saying there is no such product comes in from Acer(Which is wrong already available) later on if needed pay Rs. 6000 more.


5- This is really foolish that Infibeam shows different product and wait to customer care call and ask for more money.


6- Now nobody is responding to my email who’s fault is this, I booked my order place it to me simple.


7- I guess we do not have any Govt. federal to stop this nonsense and consumer forum is only way to take Infibeam to back on track so No other normal customer will face this issue.

Please guide me what legal action can be taken against Infibeam for this cheat.
