I feel really sorry that I trusted this site , I placed an order for acer aspire 5738 laptop on 22nd of june (order id 7589372 ) .. In their product description page shipping time was 3-4 days ! I was really amazed to see fast service bcoz even in ebay they ask for minimum 10 days for shipping !! Recently I ordered wedding cards from the jaipur company (charu industries) they delivered the cards in just two days .. Anyways comming back to infibeam I paid 772.80 USD ., and in the reciept I saw shipping time 8-10 days !!
I emailed them but didnt get any reply .. Next dayi called them asking that in how many daysyou will ship my laptop they said thatwe need to verify the paymant and for that they need id proof I gave themscaned copy ofmy driving license
Next day they called again and said that the payment is made from someone else so we want that id too .. So I gave them my friends passport copy .because it was her accountand she made the payment for me !!
I asked that how much time will it take to verify and ship my product !! They said it usually take 24 hrs !!
Iwaited and called next day they they said they will need credit card number and statement for credit card !!Now that makes me angry .. Isaid that we pay through paypal bcoz we dont want to expose our identity .. I would like to cancel my order and please refund all the money to my paypal account!!They said ok you willhave to write an email regarding this !!
I wrote an email and called them that please check I have sent you a mail to cancel my order. Bcoz meanwhile I sent them aprox 7 or 8 emails and they did not replied for a single one. Once when I asked them why you guys dont reply for emails , the guy said that we are talking now what is the use for email. Well I filed a dispute in paypal also. I asked the seller to refund my money and he says that I will get my money before evening they have started the procedure and band will return my money before the end of ths day
If I’m not wrong when you pay or refund money via paypal it sends email to both party regarding the payment. But I haven’t got any email or call. I tried to call them but they are forwarding my call to voicemail. I am really sick of these people. Please help me or advice what should I do now to get my money back
