I had ordered a book on infibeam on 16 aug. The due date was 22-aug. Still no delivery. I live in a prime location in Mumbai. Now how much time does it take you to deliver in a city like Mumbai? Even international orders on amazon get delivered within 3 days. The ironic part of my order. the book has been shipped from somewhere in Mumbai.
The customer care is pathetic. It takes 10 mins in queue to talk to their so called ’executives’. What kind of service is that?. seriously 10 mins at national charges( the call goes to ahmedabad). they never transfer phone to their floor manager. somehow he’s not available in morning, afternoon or night. yeah I was so pissed off that I called them @ 2 in the morning. No call back to the customer who’s complaining. Who care when they have got the money. They are never at fault. The fault is always of courier company( some Dotzot courier services, a DTDC subsidiary). I suggested them to ship me another book via a better courier service.
Then the policies come to fore. Oh yeah!. the ultimate weapon. The customer care people are so pathetic man!. no decision power, no responsibility, no skills. Horrible horrible experience.
