I placed an order with them for Axis Bank Gift Card and they had not shipped the product even after 15 days, I regret placing an order with them when I could get the same product at a merely higher price from other highly reputed website with the best customer service and support.
These people are simply fooling customers and blocking their money. I have also observed that many of the reviews of their app on playstore are fake and are always in the name of A Google user, it’s like they made a list of features and distributed it among those id’s as a review, my experience was completely bitter I spent Rs. 50 phone bills for a Rs.1075 order and finally got a refund after 20days that too only after speaking very roughly as I was very annoyed by their attitude towards the issue.
