I ordered a Convection Oven through Infibeam. The item was a costly one. The item was not even shipped even after a month. I had to sent them emails once every three-four days for them to respond. But every time the response was the same -
We’ll escalate your issue and you will get the resolution in another 1-2 days. But nothing happened!
Finally, after a lot of clamor, they shipped the item after a month only that they shipped the wrong item.
I am so pissed off with these guys. They are useless. Their service is horrible.
NEVER EVER GO FOR INFIBEAM.
