I was highly skeptical while placing an order on infibeam(it was my first experience with infibeam), more so due to so many negative reviews on mouthshut. I placed my order(#8631019) of Genius SP-HF1800A 2.0 speakers on infibeam only because it went’out of stock’ on flipkart. although it was Rs. 700 cheaper on infibeam.com. I talked to support guy before placing the order for my mental satisfaction and also a day after to get the status about shipping.
I confirmed my order on 16th Feb and it was delivered in good condition on 18 Feb, before noon. it was kind of unbelievable for me. it was fastest delivery to me of all my online shopping through myntra, yebhi, flipkart and infibeam. so for me infibeam rocks.
I didn’t receive SMS’s about shipping neither from infibeam(i received a mail though) nor from blue dart so it was a complete surprise for me. :-)
Just for suggestion, provide more details about all the products(at least for users like me). I got to know more details about these speakers from other sites. Also, the site home page can be more uncluttered.
but as long as you deliver good products in time you are rocking for me.
