I purchased a mixer grinder from Infibeam as they offered it at a decent cost however I had the most exceedingly bad shopping experience of my life. I purchased the item seeing a decent offer and paid the whole cash via online payment. At that point there was no update from the organization. I needed to call and remind them to send it out. At that point the item recahed me in about two weeks. Amazingly the first occasion when I used the mixer grinder it worked for a couple of minutes and after that it burst with a major sound and ceased working(we had the stun of our life). The client care was so chafing in their conduct that they continued dodging me telling that it’s not their issue. They even requested that I converse with the vendor regarding the issue. At last after a big argument, they consented to log a a complaint and said that they would initiate a refund and contact me. After waiting for a week, I again called them and informed about the issue and after a long quarrel they agreed to take the product back and the reund was processed. This online shopping company only sells cheap quality products that have already been used or in a very bad condition. Never buy any products from this company even if u came across a very good offer.
