Infibeam guys are pathetic. Have been purchasing from them from a long time. But whenever there is an issue or problem, they just don’t respond. I have been waiting for my refund for 3 months now which happened due to their mistake but whenever I contact them, there is only one reply. "We are working on it." I don’t understand what kind of work is going on. Probably the mathematics equation is too hard to solve for their finance department. I would recommend all not to purchase from these guys as they just hurt your trust which you put on them. Its better to go to the shop and buy things.
Atleast you can go back there and get the matter resolved. These guys make fun of us on phones and emails. Emails scripted, customer service scripted and repeat same things again and again. I have left my money with them and would assume that I gave it to few needy people who are short of money. But the feeling of not been serviced and cheated will always remain every time I hear of them.
So if you don’t want to be in my situation, don’t ever open this website.
