My order’s ID 12513147 & 12464156 bought through the Magic Box deal was a waste.In the first order, the bed sheets were of very poor quality & the pillow covers design have been changed. The second order was again earphones of very poor quality. One ear phone was not working, a waste of my time & energy. When I called up your helpline, I was made to wait for around 5 min & then the person says they are having problems & disconnects the line.
What the hell is happening? Very poor service, I demand action & explanation from u on a war footing.
When I wrote on their Facebook page they have removed my comment & have blocked me, how dare do you do it infibeam? Shame on you.
