Broken laptop received today. Customer service said that they cant guarantee a replacement. But I am hopeful that they will. If they do, then it will a pleasent experience
If not, I would certainly lodge complaint against them.
UPDATE: DEFUNCT LAPTOP REPLACED
Infibeam was fast to replace a new laptop but its again a dysfunctional laptop. IT was working very slow, so I thought it might be a driver issue, so I contacted Toshiba support center. Today their technician came and analyzed that hard disk is corrupt.
Really disappointed. Will never visit Infibeam again
