This is regarding refund of my cancellation of order for BenQ G615HDPL LED Monitor from Infibeam.com; order id 22855233(13642737) dated 23-9-2014.
I am forced to cancel my order due to unavailability of the product with Infibeam.com which is still shown as available in their website with promise of 2-3 days delivery. I want to ask:
How long will it take to refund my amount?
Who is responsible for taking order/bookings without availability/stocking of product with Infibeam.com?
Why should customer suffer delay in refund amount for mistake of company?
Is the action of taking order of product without stocking it and delaying the refund on cancellation to customer is done purposefully to do fraud with customer money and earn interest over it?
As I shortlisted the product and store Infibeam.com as per recommendations of Buyingiq.com, I want to ask:
Does Buyingiq.com also involved as partner with Infibeam.com in doing this fraud?
Why not Buyingiq.com removes Infibeam.com from its list of recommended stores in search results to stop this fraud to its site visitors?
What commission does Buyingiq.com receives from Infibeam.com for doing fraud to its site visitors?
Kindly, answer these questions and refund the payment at earliest.
