I had ordered a hair dryer through Infibeam.com on 2nd of Jan 2014.
While ordering, the delivery date mentioned was 10th Jan. Later there was a mail from customer care that the product will be shipped on 14th Jan. I do not know the basic reason behind the delay.
Till now there is update in their website also. I do not want to call the customer care phone also. They will all say the same thing trying to convince the customer just like a trained priest saying mantras.
Well, now I do not know what I wanted to tell. I am irritated and frustrated. This is the last order I am placing with infibeam.com. I am not going to further check the status of the order.
