Product not Delivered

I bought a Gaming Mouse and a Mouse pad from Infibeam on 7th Jan 2013. Delivery was expected to be on 15th Jan 2013.


I needed these gears for the tournament going to be held on 19th Jan. I thought If I get these on 15th I’ll have 4 days for practice. But I haven’t received these items yet.Mouse has reached to Infibeam logistics on 12th Jan but haven’t delivered yet and no inventory is assigned to Mouse pad yet.


I called Customer Care yesterday and they said this order will be processed on high priority but nothing is updated in last 24 hrs, I wonder what high priority meant by him.I saw mouthShut.com after placing order. If I would have checked reviews of Infibeam before placing order, definitely I wouldn’t ordered.


and now after reading reviews over here I wonder whether I’ll receive genuine and working product or not. :(
