I had used various e-commerce websites like Flipkart.com, Snapdeal.com, Amazon.com, Shopclues.com, Ebay.in, etc. Out of which one was Infibeam.com. I think I experienced a worst nightmare while shopping over here.
Last year I was looking for a good Set of Double Bedsheet for my Friend’s Wedding Anniversary. I searched through many e-commerce websites but cant find beautiful and cheap Set of Double Bedsheet. Then I searched for Infibeam.com which was broadcasted as advertisements on various websites.
I searched many things and atlast I got a Set of Double Bedsheet, the one I was looking for, under my budget. On 17/11/2014 I booked my order and it was told that it will be delivered within 10 working days. I was fine with the condition because my friend’s anninversary was on 02/12/2014.
It’s 29/11/2014, I havent recieved my delivery. When I requested a call from Infibeam.com, they told sorry for inconvinience cause to you but unfortunately the dealer is not sending us the product so in that case your ordered will be delayed for 15 days.
I was surprised to see their service because if dealer is not trustable then why should you allow them to sell their product on your website.
The result is I cancelled my visit to my friend’s anniversary and had to disappoint my friend’s hope because of Infibeam.com. Therefore I decided not to trust Infibeam anymore
