I have received my TV, its an excellent product, and thanks to infibeam for their special packaging and this is new, infibeam never sells old products as other claims. Below you will find my earlier review which I had wrote in frustration.
The frustration was for several reasons, mainly that it was a big amoutn of Rs.81, 655/- and secondly my dad was following up with me. But the good things from infibeam’s side was that they reserved my order when I booked it on 15th Sept. and then I transferred the money on 20th. So in some way there was mistake from my side that I made such a delayed transfer, then they shipped it on 26th Sept, which I consider it to be ok, after receiving the product.
I have made purchases from infibeam earlier too, but those were for books, and I have always got a good delivery and good discounts. In fact in this product, I got a discount of around Rs.7, 000, it costs Rs.88, 000/- on flipkart. The website is also very usable, nice categorizations available. I had good experiences from infibeam but I never wrote about them, but one bad experience and I wrote too bad about them, after all I am a customer :D
This to infibeam, I will always recommend this to all my friends, infact after receiving my TV, I have recommended to it more n more of my friends.
Only disclaimer I would give, is that you wish to gift someone on birthday or for exam preparations stuffs, etc, then you should judge yourself, as delivery sometimes get delayed, but if you are fine in receiving things in around 7-8 days or have no much hurry then infibeam is best of low-price shopping. Also the delay can happen with other sites like flipkart, landmark too. this is old review:
I have ordered (order id 9369914) this TV (LG 47LM6200) on 15th Sept, transfer the whole amount of Rs.81655 on early 20th Sept, today is 24th Sept, still the product is not in shipment. I recently checked the reviews online, and now don’t even have a confidence that I will get a defect-less product. Thanks for your cheap service infibeam. By calling to customer service number, I am given with cheap reasons, like money is to be transferred to delhi and then shipment will begin, how much time you take to transfer money? I transferred a whole lot of money in seconds.
Then some more cheap excuses that this is an issue, and you will forward it to your complaint department. And those complaint department will revert in 48 hours. And now I am in hold for more 48 hours before the shipment could even proceed.
Literally feels like a mistake to choose you guys.
