I had ordered for a gift hamper containing roses, choclates and a teddy bear to be delivered in India for valentine day. I made this order a week prior to Valentine.
Inspite of constantly following up with the customer service. They failed to deliver it by noon. Common guys flowers are best delivered in the morning. Even by evening they did not have any clue about when the gift hamper would be delivered. It’s almost EOD and still my fiancee has not received her gift. This site is a fake. My sincere advise to everyone don’t use this site for anything. They charge too much and have no service at all.
I am ashamed to say such companies still operate.
