I have received faulty Dell Wireless Optical Mouse. Order ID : 10308275 (sub order ID: 19251743).After receipt From last 1 week I am chasing with you people but as-usual no positive response from INFIBEAM.
I have seen lots of similar complaints & it seems that it is not happening by mistake, actually you are selling 3rd class faulty products to fool the online customers.
Shame on you people, why we are chasing with you, this is your responsibility to give the right product & good customer service.
But how long you can do this mal-practice. One day you have to shut down your operations.Please refund or replace the product in working condition.
